At Westview, your monthly rent covers the everyday essentials so you can focus on enjoying life. From home-cooked meals to housekeeping and personal care when you need it, the details are taken care of—leaving more time for friends, family, and the things you love.

Home Made Perfect

Want to bring a beloved pet or need a hand hanging pictures? These added services help make Westview feel even more like home.

We allow pets, include additional storage, hair care, and personal maintenance. 

Personal maintenance includes, but is not limited to: Personal item repair, moving, setting up personal belongings, and car jump-starts. Maintenance for the building and Schmitt Woodland Hills property is always included.

At Westview, support is always close by. Our 24-hour staff provides personal care for residents when they need it while encouraging the independence you value. Our goal is for residents to feel independent and confident about themselves and where they live.

I'm really impressed with the community. They love my loved one, and they take care of them. The staff are very caring. The staff communication with the family is amazing!
